Qyliq is a web design studio based in London, UK, operated by Rob. Our website is qyliq.com. You can contact us at rob@qyliq.com.
What data we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the following personal information:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Dance school name
- Location
- Any additional message you include
We also automatically collect anonymous usage data through cookies and analytics tools (see below).
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss our services
- Send you relevant follow-up information about our web design services
- Improve our website and the services we offer
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics
We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors use our website:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM-5635GVVG) — manages the loading of analytics scripts
- Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymous data about page views, traffic sources, and user behaviour. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
- Meta Pixel — tracks conversions from Meta advertising campaigns. This may set cookies on your device.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers also support "Do Not Track" preferences.
Third parties
We share data with the following third-party services solely to operate our business:
- Resend — our email delivery provider. When you submit the enquiry form, your data is transmitted via the Resend API to deliver the message to us at rob@qyliq.com.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider, based in the United States. Vercel processes requests and may log IP addresses as part of standard web hosting.
- Google — provides analytics and advertising services as described above.
- Meta — provides advertising tracking as described above.
Data retention
We retain enquiry form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. If you become a client, we retain your contact details for the duration of our working relationship and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Analytics data is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of Google Analytics (14 months) and Meta (up to 180 days).
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to our processing of your data

International transfers
Some of our third-party providers (Vercel, Google, Meta) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions.
